When you sign up for 5StarReply, we collect your email address, business name, and the Google Business Profile information you choose to connect (business name, location, and reviews). We use this to operate the service.
5StarReply requests OAuth access to your Google Business Profile only to read reviews and post responses on your behalf. We never share, sell, or use this data for any purpose other than providing the 5StarReply service to you.
OAuth tokens and review data are encrypted in transit and at rest. You can revoke 5StarReply's access to your Google account at any time.
